Music Education

Mary Vaughn has years of experience as a teacher, performer and musical director with schools, colleges, theaters, churches and private teaching. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Alabama, (piano, voice) and Master of Arts degree from Radford University, Va. (voice, piano). Other study included the DMA program in music performance at Peabody Conservatory, Baltimore (piano, voice) with additional music and musical theater performance study in New York City. She has presented many voice and piano recitals, performed with community & professional choruses, orchestras and theaters, and is presently active in church music as organist, pianist and director. She provides programs and services for special events the Sarasota - Tampa Bay area.
