RSVP Summary of Services The following is a summary of services. Fees are based upon the needs of your event. We do not accept or give referral fees to vendors. While we cannot guarantee work of referred vendors, we work with those considered reputable and dependable. MUSIC ~ CEREMONIES Mary is a professional musician (pianist, organist, vocalist) and personally provides music for events and weddings. This service is available separately or can be included as part of an event planning package if desired. Mary also networks with other reputable musicians and entertainers, and will recommend and arrange what is most suitable for your event, considering your preferences, budget, and other factors. Music and programs for weddings, receptions, other events: Classical, theater, jazz and swing (piano, organ, string quartets, vocal and instrumental ensembles, DJs, bands and other musical ensembles). Programs and music themes include: Broadway, Patriotic, Birthday, Anniversary, Valentines, Laughter-Humor, (suitable for organizations, associations, workplace, senior facilities, any special occasion; theme programs created for your special event.

Below: Mary and the Erickson's wedding party at St. John's United Methodist Church, Sarasota, Florida. The bride requested classical piano selections for pre-wedding music and classical organ music for the processional and recessional.
Ceremonies: Weddings, renewal of vows, commitment, transitional (Religious or civil ceremonies can be personalized with special vows, music and readings) As a Florida Notary and Interfaith Minister, Mary can officiate in a ceremony or provide for an officiant or minister. The Florida Marriage Preparation Course is available in Sarasota County, upon request. It is a home study course and when completed, the couple receives a discount on the cost of the marriage license. This course and the certificate of completion will be provided at no charge with other event services.

☺ INTRODUCTORY MEETING (Complimentary) through email, phone and in person We will discuss your event needs by phone or email before having a brief personal introductory meeting. In this meeting, we will discuss in more detail our services and your event. You will be shown a pictorial folio of information on how we work on events and weddings. This meeting is also an opportunity to become better acquainted and learn more about our event and music services, as described on this page. Through the complimentary meeting, I will learn more about the needs of your event. If you choose to work with my services, we will tailor a plan to fit your event and budget. Fees are based on the size of event, amount of time and meetings required, and whether you prefer a "Full Production" event package, assistance with specific event needs. ♦ FULL PRODUCTION: A full service "hands on" plan - includes all necessary and requested services, to assure your event goes smoothly and as planned. It includes our presence at the event or wedding/reception. You will also receive: 1. A specific number of meetings and related administrative time, based on your event needs. 2. My ongoing involvement and attention from the initial planning to the completion of your event. 3. Our presence at the event, wedding and rehearsal to coordinate and direct, manage any unexpected situations that may arise; do everything necessary to assure that your event moves along smoothly and on schedule. After event services are available and will be explained in our initial complimentary meeting. ♠ EVENT DAY ONLY DIRECTION (with rehearsal): 1. Meet with you several weeks prior to your event to obtain necessary information (any copies of vendor contracts and all important contacts such as wedding party.) 2. Set up a file with vendor contact information, confirm arrangements with you and all key people 3. Create a wedding or event day schedule and floor plan to send to vendors, wedding party and family two weeks before the event 4. Rehearse prior to the event if applicable, especially with a wedding.
