Summary of Services The following is a summary of services. Please see the Event Planning Packages below this Summary of Services, and contact Mary for a complimentary meeting to discuss your event. Flexible arrangements are made based on your special event, and fees are based on your event needs. When a vendor referral is made, it is only to those considered reputable and dependable. No fees are given to or accepted from vendors for referrals. MUSIC ~ CEREMONIES Mary is a professional musician (pianist, organist, vocalist) and personally provides music for events and weddings. She is also qualified to officiate at services and ceremonies (as a Florida Notary and/or Interfaith Minister). These services are available separately or can be included as part of an event planning package. Mary networks with other reputable musicians, entertainers and other vendors, and will recommend and arrange what is most suitable for your event, considering your preferences, budget, and other factors. Music and programs for weddings, receptions, other events: Classical, theater, jazz and swing (piano, organ, string quartets, vocal and instrumental ensembles, DJs, bands and other musical ensembles). Programs and music themes include: Broadway, Patriotic, Birthday, Anniversary, Valentines. Special programs created for your occasion (for organizations, associations, workplace, senior facilities, any special occasion). Ceremonies: Weddings, renewal of vows, commitment, transitional, memorial services: (Ceremonies and other services can be personalized with special vows, music and readings). As a Florida Notary and Interfaith Minister, Mary can officiate in a ceremony or provide/coordinate with another officiate-minister. ♣ INTRODUCTORY MEETING (Complimentary) This meeting can be by phone, email or in person. We will discuss your event needs and our services. It is also an opportunity to become better acquainted and to learn more about your event needs. If you choose to work with RSVP, a plan will be arranged to accommodate your event and budget. Fees are based on the size of event, amount of time and meetings required, and whether you prefer a "Full Production" event package or assistance with specific event needs. (See above Summary of services for specific services) ♥ INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATIONS (After the Introductory Meeting, you may choose to have other individual consultations as needed for your event.) ♦ FULL PRODUCTION A full service "hands on" plan - includes all necessary and requested services, to assure your event goes smoothly and as planned; includes our presence at the event and the following: 1. A specific number of meetings and related administrative time, based on your event needs. 2. Our ongoing involvement and attention from the initial planning to the completion of your event. 3. Our presence at the event, wedding and rehearsal to coordinate and direct, manage any unexpected situations that may arise; do everything necessary to assure that your event moves along smoothly and on schedule. Follow-up event services are available and will be explained in our initial complimentary meeting. ♠ EVENT DAY ONLY DIRECTION (This includes:) 1. Meeting with you prior to your event to obtain necessary information (copies of pre-arranged vendor contracts and other important contacts - ideally this is done several weeks in advance) 2. Setting up a file with all contact information, confirming arrangements with you and all key people 3. Creation of an event day schedule and floor plan for vendors and key persons, one to two weeks before the event 4. Rehearsal prior to the event if applicable, especially with a wedding.
