 Mary Vaughn, RSVP                         

Mary has worked with and been involved in many special events: musical programs and concerts, theater productions, community festivals.  She has created and presented workshops and programs for a variety of events.   Background includes Bachelor of Music and Master of Arts (music), with special study in drama, musical theater, and communications.  Employment has been with colleges, theaters, churches, community and professional concert groups, consulting firms and residential associations.  Certification as a wedding and event consultant was received through June Wedding, Inc. ® 

RSVP Special Events began years ago as a creative service, offering music, special programs and planning for private and corporate events.  The name, logo and concept was created while employed as Education Director at Asolo Touring Theatre.  RSVP  provides music, planning/direction and creative programs for corporate and private needs, and offers instruction and coaching in music.  (See Music Education page) Call or email Mary for complimentary meeting.

  1. I will endeavor to enhance and ennoble the status of the bridal industry by maintaining a dignity of manner in my behavior, in the presentation of my bridal services, in the appearance of my place of business and in all other forms of public contact.

     
  2. I will observe the highest standards of honesty in all my transactions by avoiding the use of false titles, confusing or misleading technical terms or descriptions and misleading claims.

     
  3. I will at all times endeavor to produce only those types of bridal services that will enhance the prestige of the industry, to apply my best efforts on behalf of the public and to play my part in raising the general standards of the bridal industry.

     
  4. I will show a friendly spirit of cooperation with my fellow merchants and assist them whenever possible should they be in need or in difficulty.

     
  5. I will at all times avoid the use of unfair competitive practices.

     
  6. I will assist and give of my knowledge to the members of my industry and will encourage them individually and collectively so the quality of service to the brides and grooms may be constantly raised to the highest of standards.

     

  7. In all matters relating to the interpretation of this code, I will recognize the authority of Tampa Bay's Bridal Association.



      A Commitment to Integrity, Quality and Value

Tampa Bay's Bridal Association members have taken these goals seriously, in fact, all of our members have signed the formal Code of Ethics, and any member violating the code will be asked to resign from the Association.
